PERMANENT PLACEMENT FEE SCHEDULE
Executive Edge Staffing Solutions provides Permanent and Contract Engineering Services.
The following fee schedule would apply for all permanent placements:
- Information Technology (IT) (i.e. Software Engineers, Programmers, Systems Analysts, DBA)
A fee of twenty two percent (22%) of the annual salary of the candidate would be
paid to Executive Edge Staffing Solutions upon placement of individual.

Engineering /Design/Administrative (All)
A fee of twenty percent (20%) of the annual salary of the candidate would be paid to
Executive Edge Staffing Solutions upon placement of the individual.

REFUND OF FEE

If placed individual is terminated or quits within the first 1 - 29 Days a
Full Refund of Fee would be given, or a qualified replacement at no additional costs.
30 - 59 Days - 2/3 of Total Fee Refunded
60 - 89 Days - 1/3 of Total Fee Refunded
90 Days + - NO Refund of Fee
