TEMP to PERM CONVERSION PROGRAM

This program was created from many of our client’s requests, especially in the late nineties, where the changes in the industries workforce has been enormous.


The way the program works is:

  • Our client has a need for a specific skilled professional to fill a position. The client would prefer a permanent individual rather than a temporary one.

  • Our client hires the qualified candidate from EESS on a three (3) month Contract / Trial basis.

  • Our client has this professional working on a Contract / Trial basis in consideration for a permanent position with their company. After three(3) months on contract, The total placement Fee would be reduced by 5%

  • After six (6) months on contract = 10% total Fee reduction

  • After nine (9) months on contract = 15% total Fee reduction

  • After one year on contract = No Placement Fee

  • Our client is now saving the substantial fees, timely interviews and other related costs that would be paid for a permanent placement.

THE OPTION PLAN

  • Our client opts to hire an EESS contract employee for a permanent position within the first thirty (30) days, a fee of twenty percent (20%) of the employee’s annual salary would apply. (22% for I.T.* personnel.)
